The newly-painted walls of the Underpass in Intramuros, Manila is painted with red phrases like “PRESYO, IBABA! SAHOD, ITAAS! – PS” ; “DIGMAANG BAYAN SAGOT SA MARTIAL LAW – PS” at “ATIN ANG PINAS! US-CHINA LAYAS! – PS”.

Manila Tourism and Cultural Affairs Bureau pointed out their disappointment after the walls of the underpass, which is regularly used by residents, was poorly mistreated after revamp.

On the other hand, a Facebook post from Panday Sining stated that they will start a series of “Graffiesta” to protest against de facto Martial Law in the country.

It can be remembered that Domagoso shared photos of the newly-painted and refurnished Lawton underpass.

With the efforts from city engineering employees, the walls have been repainted and they also repaired the road for the motorists’ safety.
