DUBAI- 5,000 to 6,000 jobs to be surcease by 2022, mostly at the carmakers Munich headquarters, BMW’s finance chief, Nicolas Peter stated.

Milan Nedeljkovic, would likely be the new head of production, while Ilka Horstmeier will preferably take over in the Human Resources Division, Manager Magazin reported.

In August, Oliver Zipse took over as the Chief Executive Officer to Harald Krueger.

Meanwhile, the board member in charge of Human Resources, Milagros Caiña Carreiro-Andree announced that she would not seek a new term.

BMW declined to comment amidst its shake-up of top managers.
