Two cadets of Philippine Military Academy (PMA) are recovering at the military hospital due to suspected hazing, the military said on Monday.

According to spokesperson Brig. Gen. Edgard Arevalo, two freshman cadets were brought to the military hospital last Tuesday and Saturday after complaining of stomach pains.

Investigation is still ongoing if the incidents are connected with the hazing of Darwin Dormitorio, who died after complaining about stomach pains and was hospitalized multiple times.

The premier academy said that it has fired officials related to the said incident.
