Finish all your medical test procedures in one of the DHA approved centers that will be adopting the new electronic system.

Maisa Al Bostani, Director of the Medical Fitness Services Department at DHA, said that the new system will be launched in August and will allow customers to receive their medical fitness results electronically.

In the United Arab Emirates (UAE), all expatriates are required to undergo medical fitness tests, including blood tests and x-rays to obtain a residency, employment, or education visa.

The director said that the new system is part of the Dubai Government’s objectives which aims to provide their customers with quality services and achieve customer satisfaction.

There will be 40 DHA approved printing centers equipped with the new system. With this, the customers’ waiting time will be reduced and all the necessary services are housed in one place.

The system will be implemented in phases at various medical fitness centers in Dubai. Al Bostani mentioned that the new system will improve the authority’s service to their customers and satisfy the customers’ experience with them.
